This year and in particular the last few months, I have noticed that when I procrastinate the house is clean and things are up to date and I spend a lot more time on-line. When I actually start working on something that has a deadline, the house looks like a tip, I am hardly online and emails get ignored as does blog reading. The Lesson?, I need to find a balance between how much I procrastinate and how much I can ignore when I am meeting a deadline.
I have discovered that once the deadline has been meet I run around like a mad woman sorting the house out, trying to catch up on emails and blog reading. Hmmmm it does sound like I am running around in circles. That being said, I am determined to move forward and not get stuck in the “maze of my mind”.

It can be hard to get that balance. I seem to be the opposite, I don’t tend to procrastinate but when I do, I get nothing done at all!
Story of my life! I’m catching up with everything, tidying up our apartment up until bedtime, and then meeting with people regarding tons of wedding crap. When do I get my life back!?
Ugh. Feel your pain.
It may just be your way of meeting a deadline, everyone does this in a different way.
Sounds like that procrastination thing works well for you!lol.
I’m with Hannah my procrastination time comes with almost total paralysis, so I get Nothing done either!!!
My house is always a tip LOL.
